You call your carpet guy, he asks – what’s the measurements for each room? Bugger, the crappy floor plans don’t tell us that, need to do a site measure. Then you call your Electrician – we need to change those old fluro lights for LEDs. What size are they? How many lights are we talking? Damn it – forgot to count them, and the photos don’t show them. Need to go back. Need keys. Need to make appointments. Need to be there again.
